I know it’s early, but we cooking and drinking over here.
2 slabs of deer tenderloin, 2 pieces of Sandhill wrapped in bacon with some jalapeño inside. Rack of ribs and some deer sausage. Miller lites to drink.
And a heads up, little country got the hoist on point! Hit the chinqs hard yesterday in bayou black

Worked a little while today, actually just clocked in and fricked with the young folk at work...
Came home fired up some charcoal and grilled two ribeyes and drank a couple yuenglings.

Didn’t take any pics, but I grilled pork chops, chicken breasts, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, and tuna steaks.
I’m stocking up for the week for my low carb diet.

Panko chicken with field peas, new potatoes and jalapenos out of the garden. Cab sav and corn bread. Lots of ice water dem jalaps were hot.

First try at doing Alabama white sauce on some chicken thighs. Added some kick to them and turned out really well.

Rolling this thing into Monday. Tuna steaks, sweet taters and some asparagus. Had sashimi and a Woodford’s old fashioned for appetizers.

shite, I had pizza and white cans for supper. Tried to get to bed kinda early so I can get up at 0330 for work, but the wife wasn’t having that.
