Texas Tech’s coach is the first call you make. 4 CWSs in 7 seasons at Texas fricking Tech.
While I agree that Tadlock is an excellent coach, he is having great success at his alma mater. It’s not going to be easy to pry him away from that if it’s possible at all

I’ve named several coaches that may be more realistic. Tadlock most likely won’t leave Tech and the Mich coach is getting praise based on a couple years out of 6-7 in a weak arse conference. He’s missed the postseason 4 of his 7 years. I’ll take the following
Josh Holliday
Dan McDonnell
Cliff Godwin

That Pitching coach they have might be the reason for their success. 3 of their pitchers are studs...

LSU Baseball, unlike basketball and football, is an legitimate top 3 job in the country. The combo of fan and regional support, funding, and facilities are second to none. I think any coach would be crazy to not consider Coming here.

In any event, Tim Tadlock has a 7 year, $7 million agreement that will keep Tadlock in Lubbock until 2025. There are penalties for Tadlock moving onto another school and things like that.
I think it will be very difficult to get Tadlock to LSU

quote:yeah right. That’s like saying Orgeron wouldn’t leave LSU to go coach USC or Bama. Man, some of you are really fricked up.
