There are rumors out there that the vandy whistler is a huge POS in real life and has a really creepy reputation.

Indeed. He's called the cops on people in Hoover multiple times for politely asking him to stop.

I don’t agree with what he does I just don’t see how they can kick him out over it.

You're told to stop and you don't stop..........you go home

There’s usually something vague written on the ticket stating the venue has the right to remove them from the stadium if they deem nessacary.

Thanks mike for explaining it to me

This pisses me off (but I understand at a neutral venue to an extent). IMO, this "ban" has been 10-15 years in the making. (Yes, I know, the "ban" is on the whistling, not chatter in general, but, to me, this explains why all the complaints... )
Rant: ON
When I played, "chatter" by players and fans from both sides was the norm and encouraged. If you don't know what "chatter" is, it's chatter, general noise, talking to a player, catcher talking to the batter during a pitch, well-timed noise, etc. to try and rile the pitcher, frustrate the batter, confuse the outfielder going for the fly. Anything to throw the other team off their game. I live in a diff state from my kids and would go to most of my son's baseball games in NC (little league, allstars, etc.). The first game I went to, I had a huge WTF moment. My daughter shushed me when I tried to "chatter", saying that it was not allowed... by the fans or the PLAYERS! WTF? Apparently it was considered unsportsmanlike. (Another WTF moment)!
Fast forward 10 years and those same kids and parents are at the college level now. So it doesn't surprise me that someone would complain. "It's distracting", "it's annoying", "it's on every pitch". Damn right it's annoying! It's supposed to be! Fans are at the game to help their team win. Apparently this guy does it at every Vandy home game (seems it might just help them). The Vandy players and fans are used to it but it rattles the other teams and fans as I can tell by previous post here and elsewhere.
Rant: OFF
The neutral venue thing throws a kink into things. The park can make rules to ban it, so what can you do? Hell, they could ban it at the Vandy park, but I bet you there would be an outcry and it wouldn't be banned.

Yeah, an outcry of support. No way this jackass's whistling doesn't annoy other Vandy fans.

I know he regularly goads people into trying to stop him so he can sue them/call the police on them. That’s pretty douchetastic in itself.
And good on Omaha for not putting up with that shite. Nothing wrong with chatter but this isn’t chatter.

Good.
Kick his arse out.
He makes games unbearable.

A bad take about a non-analogous situation. Well done

You know that back in the 40-80's He would get the message that maybe I should quit doing it. Hell the police might be the ones to give him the message.

Super fans like this for any team are annoying as hell.
They think they're part of the team, when in reality, they're just losers pissing everyone around them off.

This punk threw one of the biggest hissy fits I have ever seen this year in Hoover. For a grown man to have to be the center of attention at all times is down right pathetic but he just loves every second of hate thrown his way. Dude is a total narcissist and makes everyone in the stadium miserable.
