give him his due

i did give him his due... i said we all know he's a great player, an elite scorer, and i even said the dude has really improved defensively... c'mon man...

what you are asking is like me asking you to recognize Lebron as 1b for the GOAT... i know that ain't happening

look at it this way... i don't have any enemies in my life, so IRL we probably real cool, and it would make it a lot easier to defend you, and even not come at you with shite sometimes, if i knew who you were...

tbompson and Durant played nearly 500 min in the Houston series.

They played sub 200 min v TOR. They were the wounded warriors. About 50% of the team that was up against Houston.

Injuries are an excuse.

Harden outplayed Durant and Steph in the GSW-HOU series.

And he had a better game score then kawhi even tho kawhi played the “wounded warriors” and harden took them on at damn near their best.

Hardwn this year is like lebron in Cleveland.. Best player statistically, not enough help. Lebron gets a pass doesn’t he? Yes he does.

Lebron hasn’t won a title without a super team. So until hardwn makes a super team and comes up empty you can’t really compare the two. Lebron was 1-8 v goat his last two chances. Hardwn much better. And Kerr said Houston was the best team they had played since he been there. Sooo...... lebron gets a pass for putting best numbers up against a better all around team. Harden did the same.

Fair enough

I still think it’s funny you saying LeBron gets a pass on this board of all places

Lebron v GOAT the last two years he absolutely has gotten a pass. He got beat so bad that people say oh his team just wasn’t good enough. Hardens team wasn’t either but hardens greatness forced them to 7. Lebron didn’t win but one game. In two years.

They were playing varejao in the second half of the clinching game. Varejao!!! A player who Cleveland had cut Bc he was so sorry. Bogut -> out. Curry had damage to 4 diff body parts that MRI said he should have had surgery on. 4. Iggy, couldn’t even get outta bed the morning of game 7 his back was so jacked up. Etc etc.

quote:

If you take those last three games the cavs won. And extrapolate that over a season. Green missing every third game. Curry banged up. Iggy banged up. No bogut. That is not even a 50 win team. You don’t get credit for beating GOAT when whenever you beat them they are the “wounded warriors”.

Lebron has gone 1-8 since then... against gsw. Sorry you don’t get the benefit of the doubt when you get crushed like that afterwards

I am talking about GOAT with Kevin. 1-8. That the record the two years they played Kevin. Good try bro. But you will never be able to get over on me. I am too consistent.

Bron gets a pass for his loss to GOAT warriors the last two.. We don’t give him much credit for beating them the year before when they were banged up. This is pretty straight forward.

Kawhi outplayed everyone in the playoffs, all of em.

That's the difference beteeen the 2, Kawhi is clearly better.

Except Harden gets worse every playoffs, while guys like lebron and Kawhi have shown the ability to be even better in the playoffs. Something Harden can't do, he gets worse every single time.

Also, Lebron's supporting cast in Cleveland the first go round was awful. You've talked up Houstons cast over and over. Nice apples and oranges comparison you've brought up.

Hardens game score > kawhis

And kawhi had his worse games In the most important ones. The last couple. Lowly game scores.

Players in the east will always have the chance to better in the playoffs than the reg season. Bc they are playing worse teams than the average reg season opponent. Orlando is a below average team. Kawhi got 5 games against a team who is worse than the average regular season team. It is no surprise he was better. He played WORSE teams. Same goes for lebron. When you are in the east you are are playing worse teams in the playoffs than you do in reg season. Not the case in the BBW.

Chris and Clint both were very subpar. Second and third highest paid players did not hold up their end of the deal. Harden out played kawhi, steph, and Kevin in the playoffs.
