Sooooo, Cleveland was completely healthy in 2015? I guess it didn't matter they didn't have Kevin Love or Kyrie Irving.

Also, what was Houston's excuse losing the series to GSW without KD for the end of game 5 & all of game 6?

They were playing varejao in the second half of the clinching game. Varejao!!! A player who Cleveland had cut Bc he was so sorry. Bogut -> out. Curry had damage to 4 diff body parts that MRI said he should have had surgery on. 4. Iggy, couldn’t even get outta bed the morning of game 7 his back was so jacked up. Etc etc.

I am more focused on Hardlin. Even though the other series v GSW is an all time joke that I (Boon) said he was GOAT for losing those series. Considering the shape GSW was In.

they are as mentally tough as any sqaud we have ever seen.

The Chicago Bulls of the 1990s are likely the most mentally tough squad to ever play in the history of the game maybe the 1960s Celtics as well, rough and tumble teams like Riley's Knicks and the Pacers threw everything and the kitchen sink at them and they still emerged victorious and advanced to win championships, there's some mental toughness with Golden State on the court but Dray and KD's proclivity to incur technicals and get thrown out of games doesn't really elevate them that much plus they lost two straight games to the Raptors AT HOME IN THE FINALS

A basketball simpleton can see that at full strength GOAT was the far superior team to Cleveland every year for the last 5. This is very basic stuff. These teams don’t even belong in the same sentence.

Typical red arse Boon babble. Last year, without Irving of course they were. The prior seasons, not so much.

Good list but Bird's Celtics, the Bad Boy Pistons, Showtime Lakers & Pop's Spurs belong in this conversation as well.

If you take those last three games the cavs won. And extrapolate that over a season. Green missing every third game. Curry banged up. Iggy banged up. No bogut. That is not even a 50 win team. You don’t get credit for beating GOAT when whenever you beat them they are the “wounded warriors”.

It’s a title for lebron. He should be glad he won it But all this best win ever is a load of hog wash.

And how does that not also hold true for CC? At least Cleveland has a series win over GOAT...? Only team that can say that, Bubba

Hou the last two years is also better than any lebron Cleveland team. Coach Kerr said it himself FYI.

Yet you want to give them credit for beating a "wounded cavs" team in 2015 yet Cleveland probably wins game 1 in Oakland if Irving doesn't get hurt (the Cavs were up late before Kyrie got hurt & GSW won in OT) late in that game. Cleveland also won game 2 in Oakland. That series is completely different with the Cavs up 2-0 heading back to Cleveland. Cleveland also won game 3 back home.

Lebron has gone 1-8 since then... against gsw. Sorry you don’t get the benefit of the doubt when you get crushed like that afterwards.

If hardwn is gonna be judged by how his team performed his last two series v GOAT... so will lebron.

Yeah because Cavs were the same team around Lebron for all those series especially last year. The Cavs had Kyrie Irving for 2 out of those 4 NBA Finals series which ended in a 1-1 split. The series that GSW won while the Cavs had a healthy Irving, the Warriors had to add KD to do so.

Every other series has been a Gentleman sweep.

He has been unanimous first team all nba for three straight years. Top 2 mvp 4 of 5 years. Top 15 all time offense three straight years. One of four players to lead the league in win share 4 times.

Hardens three year run is inferior to three year runs of lebron and goat himself. That’s about it.
