Why are people looking at stats without any consideration towards circumstances.
Ingram scored more, great. He was a first option on the team this year with LeBron out for huge stretches. Must be nice seeing as Tatum was 2nd and 3rd option.
Stats for Tatum reasonably should be lower seeing as he's on a more talented team that spreads the ball around. That is why this 18 ppg garbage or 3 30 point games are meaningless.
One played on a playoff contender while the other played on a team that became a joke without Bron. Ironically Ingram looked great and put up solid numbers when LeBron was off the couret or out injured, but his numbers dropped when he wasn't the main option. Gee, that must be shocking.
Some of you really have no sense.
Also, Tatum's defensive WS average for 2 years? 3.7
Ingram's the last two years without his atrocious rookie year? 1.6
You are getting a much better all around player in Tatum that has put up good to very good numbers with talent on the court unlike Ingram who has only really done it when there is minimal talent and he has complete control.

Tatum is my personal target. I just wouldn’t lose my mind if Ingram, 4, Kuz, Ball, Hart, 2 future firsts was the haul.
I’d lose my motherfricking mind if we traded AD to the Nets for their poopoo platter of “assets”. I could at least talk myself into the Lakers deal, especially if Lonzo and Kuz are flipped for picks.

How the Celtics offense was ran, he wasn’t even the second option unless he forced it upon the team and got more greedy.

Why do you guys keep making shite up? Lebron was on the court for most of Ingram’s coming out party. Of his 7 25+ point games, Lebron played in 5.

So you penalize Ingram for stepping up as the #1 option, but Tatum playing worse when Kylie was out is good?
Like I said earlier I still prefer Tatum, but holy shite some of you guys are biased as frick. Same guys knocking Ingram’s 3pt shooting are excited about bringing in Smart for $13mil a year. It doesn’t make any sense.
