You’re talking about a guy routinely trawling the local mall for 14 year-olds as a grown man, an assistant DA.
He took a 14 year-old to his secluded cabin in the woods and was ready to frick her before she had a crisis of conscience.

The BEST thing you can say about him is that he respected the 14 year-old enough to not forcibly deflower her.

He will lose because he is a public figure and won't be able to prove malicious intent. The lack of repurcussions for false allegations such as these is a huge problem.
