Mueller says there is substantial evidence of the intent.
The element requires corrupt intent. Mueller knows that. Yet he declined to use that term. It is a very important distinction...especially when it comes to using the McGahn testimony. That is the one instance that comes closest to obstruction, IMO. However, if you rely on the testimony for the basis of the allegation, you must also accept the testimony for the intent. And The testimony shows it was clearly not corrupt intent. Mueller knows this. Congress knows this. The hope is that the public doesn’t know this.

AG says there is not
Since Mueller declined to prosecute, the sole discretion and jurisdiction lies with the AG.

It's really not that crazy and it should be painfully obvious that it's political.. because every single one of them is a politician
Agreed. Which is why what you support is a political investigation. And That’s fine.

Having a special prosecutor means that's all he did. The matter was completely focused on.
Bitching about the findings of a special prosecutor is moronic.
I'd love to see a special prosecutor appointed for Benghazi.

John Brennan on the Mueller probe, “I don’t know if I received bad information, but I THINK I SUSPECTED THAT THERE WAS MORE THAN THERE ACTUALLY WAS.” Wow, he admits he was wrong! Congress should go back to work on drug prices etc.
This is Brennan's story now? WOW!!! He is admitting that nothing is there.
Is he trying to get a lighter sentence? You spied on presidential campaign, and now say, oops! I was wrong. It does not work that way. It better NOT work that way.
LOCK EVERYONE OF THEM UP!!!

Someone having an opposing view to yours is bad?
Having opposing views is totally fine. Part of what makes the world go round.
The problem comes in when that opposing view is almost entirely crafted by the talking points of a core of eminently uninformed (or worse, deliberately MISINFORMED) luminaries with Verified status.
Again, when the #Resist crowd doesn't know what the outrage du jour is until some blue check tells them, that's a problem.
This week it's cauliflower. The week before that it was dog walking.
It's exhausting and an indictment in our society.

And how many times did Congress investigate Benghazi?
Once??
oh - and Benghazi actually happened - and it didn't have to happen - and the OBAMA administration lied their asses off about WHY it happened.
If EVER there was a reason for an OVERSIGHT committee of Congress to investigate WHY this absurd ATROCITY of governmental FAILURE happened, this was IT.
you must be a 'tard

and a sitting president cannot be indicted.
Where in Mueller's report did he say that is why he didn't decide to indict on obstruction???
AG Barr specifically ASKED Mueller "did this have ANY influence on your decision to not indict on Obstruction?' = and Mueller said NO. The conclusion was there was NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE to substantiate an incitement for obstruction under ANY circumstance - the PRIMARY fact being there was NO CORRUPT INTENT.
If you disagree with that you are a moron.
quote:
Mueller says there is substantial evidence of the intent
Whee exactly is that word found found in the report? I have not read it - but I do not recall anyone quoting from the report itself that Mueller described it as "substantial"
I recall that he said there were 'avenues' that he investigated that "could be considered" as obstruction - but he found NO EVIDENCE that any ACTIONs were taken by Trump.
SUBSTANTIAL is a word used by Shiff and Nadler and the rest of the DEMOCRAT retards.
I may be wrong - please correct me if I am because you seem to have pored thru the report more than I have. I am only interested in the FINAL CONCLUSION.
But I do hate to be wrong - please correct me - and I will give you praise - and promise to read more of your posts for the next 3 months.

Trump keeps bumping those numbers up
he is beginning to factor in the salaries of Congress since they have done nothing else since the mid-terms.
