What brand have you been satisfied with? My wife (no pics) got me one to try, and I'm guessing it is a cheap one. My damn ring finger stinks.I do like the feel and idea of a safer ring when working.

I got one of these from one of the more popular makers for a few bucks during a promotion
I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it, considering I don't work with machinery or anything. It looks stupid and isn't anymore comfortable than a normal ring. It's not like a can't hike or golf with a gold band on.
I do appreciate the effort that goes into convincing dudes that a rubber wedding band is somehow connected to living a fulfilled, adventurous life. The ads are hilarious.

I never got this. It's for people who work around rotating machinery (though I STILL wouldn't wear a rubber ring instead of no ring). Look up "degloving injuries" and you'll see why. It used to piss my ex off something fierce when I'd take it off sometimes before work until I made her look at some of that shite.
Outdoorsmen don't need this.

I know a guy who was climbing up to a deer stand and slipped, when instinctively grabbed a step he caught his ring on it and degloved his finger. He was only a few feet off the ground when this happened. I'll never wear a gold ring because I do live a fulfilled, adventurous life.

I have one but I never wear it. It gets twisted when I put my hand in my pocket and I couldn't stand that.

Much larger niche than that. I can either take my gold ring off every time I go to the gym to not allow it to be constantly frickered, or I can wear one of these alternatives and have no issues.
