Democratic Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards reportedly signaled he would sign his state's "heartbeat" legislation — effectively banning abortions after just weeks of pregnancy.

Breaks with dems on infanticide, months before the election. Brave brave man he is...

I guess he got the headline about Trump pushing to find someone to support in the race too.

Not voting for him. He is only doing this as a way to claw to reelection.

This has nothing to do with it.
He’s always been a pro-life and that’s ONE of the reasons I voted for him.

Exactly. Dems pander, so jbe "always being pro-life" is a crock of shite. "When you lay with dogs..."

Anyone acting like signing against infanticide is a brave move is a fool. it's a no brainer. Like saying you are pro-breathing...well thanks. Smh

The lib abortion craze of wanting to kill babies right up until birth has left a bad taste in the mouths of most Americans.

It's making more and more people get on board the heartbeat train. Between Alabama's ban and liberals abortion craze.. the heartbeat bills are perfect.

Personally, I love the Alabama ban.

But I know a lot of moderates that prefer the heartbeat bills, mainly because libs have scared the hell out of them. Birth abortions are fricked up. The next step would probably be the right to kill babies up to 6 months after birth.

Google definition: in·fan·ti·cide /in'fan(t)??sid/ noun 1. the crime of killing a child within a year of birth. "cases of infanticide often involve extreme emotional disturbance" 2. a person who kills an infant, especially their own child.

Read 2. So I am sure you will now argue that a baby in the womb Is not an infant, so I give you google’s definition of infant.

quote:

in·fant /'inf?nt/ noun noun: infant; plural noun: infants a very young child or baby. synonyms: baby, newborn, young child, little child, little one; More bairn, wean; informaltot, tiny tot, tiny, sprog; literarybabe, babe in arms; technicalneonate "she picked up the fretful infant"
- denoting something in an early stage of its development. modifier noun: infant "the infant science of bioelectrical medicine" synonyms: developing, emergent, emerging, dawning, embryonic, nascent, new, fledgling, budding, burgeoning, growing, up-and-coming "the protection of infant industries"

Denoting something in early stage of development. Embryonic. Hmmmm....sounds like he had the term “infanticide” correct.
