Complacency is a disease. You let it infect you in the midweek games and you'll still have those symptoms by the weekend.

Read my post on page 2. I explained what I mean about midweeks. What Theriot was talking about is a different perspective on it, and he isn't wrong. I don't think I am either, based on what I mean when I say it.

Everybody understands that midweek games are scrimmages for your bullpen. But the lineup is the same. Your bats should always be there raking and keeping that confidence up. If anything, the midweek games are where you go out there and smash the ball to get your confidence ready for the tough series coming up on the weekend.

Nolan Cain may have been the worst hire That has been made in the history of LSU baseball (besides Smoke).

Wait, where are all of you geniuses that say "it's just baseball" and "you just don't know baseball"? I would say Theriot knows baseball, and he sees the exact same bullshite that is going on as we "dumbasses" do. This team is a joke and they should be pissed and embarrassed but our coach is such a pussy in every way imaginable that he can't even bring himself to motivate this team by any means neccessary. He just sits in the dugout like a bitch and shakes his head while watching it unfold. Paul is definitely at fault for this just like the players are. He's the head coach and its his responsibility to have the team ready and call them on their bs, it's his job if nothing else. The team has been uninspired just like it's coach. Amazing huh? Theriot is exactly right.
