I have 17 year old employees calling me by my first name. I don't tell them anything but I think it's disrespectful. As a business owner nearing 60, I would NEVER do that stupidity when I was a worker at any age. I think this generation has diff standards.

I’m 25 and sometimes I feel weird calling older coworkers “Mr.”. I always do it bc as soon as don’t my dad would pop out of nowhere and slap the hair from my head but makes me feel kinda like a child. I don’t feel that way saying “yes sir” but for some reason “Mr.” throws me off.
