Bottom line is we don't even look competitive in the games we are losing. We are having our starters get blown out early, our bats looks awful, and our defense isn't LSU caliber. Should we expect to win every game? Hell no, I don't believe anyone expects that. But should we look respectable in these games? YES
THIS IS LSU..
We look nothing close to this.

No sir...no team has ever won a national title by the coach "just staying out of the way". It takes years of tireless effort by an administration coupled with a good bit of luck to win just one national title in any sport. Most fanbases don't see their team win a single one in their lifetime.

2019 4-11 road record. Last place in the West. Bama 7-8 is the only other West team with a losing road record.

Winning on the road is nothing more than overcoming adversity, and it takes leaders for that. Last leader we had was Lil Sweet, and we went 10-8 on the road that year.
