Sounds like it.

I've got a set up though with one of those small banjo burners. It'll accomodate and is safe with a 30 psi regulator. That little burner with that regulator will get an 80 quart pot going at about the same time as a double jet burner with a 20 psi regulator.

Incidentally, on the subject of regulators. The guy from king cooker told me on a double jet burner, anything more than 10 psi is overkill and will heat a pot as fast as a 30 psi. I tested this and he was pretty much right.
