Skip worked his arse off during the holidays to find a replacement for Saban. Other than phone calls and text messages, Alleva sat on his arse, got played by Herman & hired a guy down the hall.

I like O but Alleva is SOOO lucky that hire wasn’t a bigger disaster. I’m not saying O will win a natty but he certainly could be doing worse.
