About much of anything? I have no energy and pretty much just sleep when I am not working and taking care of my elderly Dad. I am trying to watch the game and should be excited that we are kicking arse but I don’t really care either way

Yes. I had zero energy and felt it getting worse every day. Turns out I was pretty deficient in vitamin D. I started taking a vit. D supplement, along with CoQ10 (suggested on here), and DHEA. It’s helped tremendously.

Maybe one day you'll look back and be glad you took care of your dad the way you are. That's what you have to hold out for. It's an investment - sucks to not have the "money" now, but it'll pay off for your "conscious" later.
