First, I thought the Hayride proved throughout the Wade saga that they weren't credible with all the meetings that didn't happen.
Second, I would hate #4. Don't pressure your head coaches into hiring assistants. Thats their job. If they succeed or fail with the assistants they chose, that's on them.

Is he talking about the preseason #1 team? I think he is.

Bahnsen has got to go. Don’t shuffle him around to a new position so he can be brought back to bite us in the arse again later down the road. Send him packing.

#5 he and Emmert will fix the WW issue.

Hard to take McKay seriously after this quote. We were a final 4 team with Augustus and Fowles, but let’s not act like we were on par with UConn and Tennessee back in those days.

Kim will get us there. Thankfully, we have Woody, and he understands that we will have to pay her. This would definitely be a fantasy with that worthless POS Alleva.

I'm sure it's already been mentioned, but this is basically a summary of the Rant. #1 especially is something that's more click bait than actual substance.
We'd love for all of this to come true, but to say we can expect it is just an opinion. There is no actual source here.

Like the list but prioritize fix baseball, fix compliance, fix gameday - and keep Wade. Fixing women’s basketball comes after fixing the big $ sports to me.

Mike in cage in stadium before kickoff.
Play "Neck"
Play "Neck"

Man I think you absolutely hit the nail squarely on the head.
Great insight and post.

First order of business with this is to pull the piped in music at the same time the band is playing. Let the band play neck, Tiger rag, whatever is going to keep the fans interested. And get Mike in that effing cage already. I don’t care if they piss off every vagina at PETA.

Instead of piping in god awful rap music why not mic the band up and amplify them.

Idle conjecture and speculation which are McKay's stock and trade.
Great administrators assess first. They don't come in with a "ready, fire, aim" approach, they assess the situation. They try to identify the talent and get the talent what they need to succeed, removing obstacles to success. That may fit into the compliance department narrative but Woodward isn't going to tell Mainieri how to coach or manage his roster.
Woodward understands marketing so the game day experience narrative also makes sense.
As far Mulkey, it's been on the wishlist of many for years so this is no revelation. $2 million for women's hoops is chump change with aTm's resources but not necessarily so with LSU. It would make sense for him to gauge is there is any interest but that's not on the top of his priority list.
