My bad it is this year. I thought when I saw Barrow was elected in 2016 that would mean re-election was next year. She was elected in 2015 and sworn in in 2016.
She won by 20% of the vote 4 years ago with 53% of the vote....she had 14,000 votes. Voter turn out in district 15 in 2015 was 26,560 total votes

Being the incumbent is extremely helpful when the next vote comes. Gravy is about to get an arse whooping that rappers will talk about for about 3.5 years.
Some of his platform, and statements are going to at least equal AOC in comic relief, and providing WTF moments.
