I hate abortion but who is going to raise all these unwanted children? Foster homes and childrens homes are full.
When abortion was illegal it was still going on in back rooms, which led to death of the mom at times. If someone wants an abortion they will find away.
So will all of you that want abortion illegal be willing to adopt 2 or 3 foster kids?

Sure. We can't think of how these kids will be raised so let's just slaughter them instead. What a horrendous world view. It's terrifying that this rationale is supported by so many. And it's easy to see how and why communist regimes started under the guise of social reform are responsible for more killing and death than anything else the last few hundred years.

I haven't heard one Republican politician talk about what the effect of overturning Roe when it comes to the million plus children that will be born each year to mother's who didn't want the child in the first place. Abortion is murder but the death penalty well that's justice . Jesus told us its okay to kill the guilty just not the innocent.

Overcrowding is not a justification for murder. Homeless shelters are full. Doesn't mean we take the overflow out back and shoot them.

I'll take one or two.
Foster homes are not the same as being able to adopt. The Foster system is designed to reconcile the children back to their parents.
Most people would rather be able to just adopt a child than have to deal with the kids shitty parents.

This. It seems like a lot of prolifers only care about the baby being born and they DGAF after. I hate abortion but I really really hate kids being born into terrible abusive situations with no future hope. I don't know the answer.

Do you know how hard it is to adopt here? I have had several friends that have attempted to adopt here and at the last minute it would always fall through. It's sad but it's almost a better route to pay $30,000 and going the international adoption route just because it's easier. The adoption process needs to be fixed. However to use the flaws of the adoption process to justify abortions is just wrong.

The problem is that an abortion costs $400 and an adoption cost $40,000.
