EBR already has a sewer fee based on water usage. Everyone using water who is connected to the sewer system pays.
It’s fairly high and it escalates each year automatically. For most it’s over 500 dollars a year.

It's pure bullshite.
Every new account they charge you 11.5 cu meters of sewage usage (basically $60) per month, even if you have 0 water usage.
They claim that you get refunded based on your usage after 6 months, but the first 6 months they are straight up stealing from you. Plus, you never get the refund anyway.
