Best men's skin care products / regimen?

So I'm mid to late 30s and have decided that maybe it's time to do a little more for my skin than just using a bar of soap. As soon as I started googling this my phone started (per usual) bombarding me with endless ads bc these targeted ad companies are insane, but I don't know what products are good and what's overkill.
I found Skin Co which seems like a pretty decent option for men. Anyone tried it before? Will it help me look young enough to still be able to pickup late 20s gals?

Just start wearing makeup like me. Little foundation..In a dim lit room, you'll look great.

Kiehls makes a good line of men’s skin care products. I use that and sometimes Clarins Men.

Yet you’re all up in this thread
In regards to the OP, try Kiehls or Jack Black

I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

ETA: to OP, I use whatever my wife has in the shower with the exception of her conditioner. It makes my hair poofy.
ETA 2: I actually do use her conditioner a lot, just not on my head.

This shite does suck. Makes it harder to purchases shite for sure.
Use a good daily face wash in the shower...I use Neutrogena Deep Clean. An exfoliating type once a week. I actually mix this one up each time I need a new one. Currently using a sea salt type. Use a daily lotion with spf15 after you show. I use Eucerin.
Genetics is going to be your biggest battle. Both my parents have great skin, and always taken care of themselves. My siblings the same. And i've been taking care of it since I was young too.
Water water water...

I only moisturize on days after I shave, it use an oil free moisturizer also without parabens. You gotta be careful with neutrogena because they do have parabens
