Based Patriot Devin Nunes expects to send criminal referrals to DOJ next week

WOW! Imagine that baws. Congress actually using due process to recommend criminal investigations for frickery uncovered during Congressional hearings. What a novel concept.
Tell me Dems, what excuse will you use when Dem frickery is further exposed?

IMO this is the proper way to proceed.
OIG, House, Senate and other investigative entities submit their finding to the DOJ. The AG then makes the decision to proceed with indictments based on the investigative findings. The grand jury then decides to formally indict or not. If no, case dropped. If yes, the case is prosecuted.

I predict this goes no where. There should be an inquiry but congress is really shitty at investigating branches of the govt. Also calling Nunes a patriot is a stretch..patriots shouldn't get butt hurt over twitter accounts and file lawsuits that will get tossed over 1st amendment rights.

Every Republican being interviewed by the media should ask them questions every single time.
1) If in fact there is/was corruption within the DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, wouldn’t you want that to be exposed?
