Black people were cheated out of the things that make stable families and create wealth until well into the 1970's. It seems like to me the people who complain about back people now are the same people who were dead set against integration and civil rights 50 years ago.

Weird, black people had stable families until the Civil Rights Act and war on drugs.
Government forced equality has been awful for poor black folks.

That’s not even remotely close to what he said. What you are saying is actually pretty close to what he said. I’d like to hear your ideas for how to make it right. Mine is the government should financially reward marriage and not single parenting. Win-win for all.
