Why should I be upset at this? Steam shouldn't be the one stop shop. It needs competition.

The problem is that theyre pulling console exclusive bs into the PC market. Its not just Steam that doesn't have access, its GOG, Origin, Bethesda's launcher, and the dozens of others. I don't want 30 different pieces of bloat ware (and in the case of Epic, spyware/dataminer program) clogging things up just so that I can play exclusive number 23 because some turd decided to incorporate an idea for consoles into the PC market.
I really wish we could do away with launcher stores altogether and go back to physical copies but, we gotta have that anti piracy and money saving from not having to make boxes and cds right?

Outside of exclusives, what is Epic doing to compete with Steam? Tell me all the amenities and features that users have that Steam doesn’t? By the way, feel free to include all the features Battle.net, Bethesda, and Origin have that Steam doesn’t. I’ll wait.
