What is the wild card is how they see us losing our HC and if that has some impact in the final seeding? If Will Wade is still coaching we almost certainly get the 3 seed even with a close loss to Florida in the tourney.

Losing a coach and that situation will have no impact on our seeding.
However, if Smart would have been made ineligible that would have effected our seed - the committee can take that into consideration.

I believe it. The roster doesn’t change. They’ve penalized people based on roster availability but the current situation with Wade will not play into things.

Yeh that would be the toughest bracket...the 2,3, & 4 seeds have been projected 2 or 3 seeds by most

It’s the same type of Virginia team defensively but they are much better offensively than they have been. They would kill us with 3’s.

If Gonzaga gets a 1 seed we should be pissed that we didn’t get one as well. We are obviously better than them. They just see the name Gonzaga and automatically want to make them a one seed.

Doesn’t Gonzaga have terrible rankings in NET and SOS? Some “experts” only want to judge them on the eye test. I know they have a great program but how would they fare with an ACC or SEC conf schedule? The West sucks so they will definitely make them a 1 seed for the west coast.

No freaking way. SEC champs with wins over Tennessee and Kentucky isn’t going to be a four seed
