Lsu1981?? Really???

Lsu didn’t have “ no comment” regarding itself ... stated two issues has been addressed by them and the NCAA .. withholding further comment bcus it’s not completely their issue ..

Wade did not say this

Thank you. I love how people leave out details to fit talking points into their agenda.

If all that is true.... and if you are lucky, you would only be suspended and not fired.

But obvious question ... what’s wrong with your standing that you'll Slight the investigative body??

Most should realize ... helping investigations help you .... derailing investigations of time and money only set them out after you more than their initial pursuits

You would just answer questions from the IRS because your employer wanted you to?

I’d be happy to speak to my employer but I don’t want to talk to the IRS unless they need to talk to me

Wade could easily screw himself on something else just by the NCAA being there. It’s a bad idea if it’s not necessary

Nothing.

I just know that organizations like the NCAA and IRS are just looking to frick people. That’s their job.

Maybe I made an honest mistake on my taxes. Why would I want to incriminate myself infront of them if they didn’t want to talk to me in the first place?

I think you are all talk

Link?

It would be very surprising for the FBI to ask this of someone who is not their witness but instead someone the defense may call (he has not even been subpoenaed yet).

Considering Wade has said he has done no business with Dawkins and that nothing on the tapes we've seen is relevant to either trial (that's why the first tape was excluded in the first trial), I doubt he'll be called as a witness. The tapes were released by the defense attorney becauseit won't be allowed. He's attempting to taint the coaches and rehabilitate his slimy client.

Speaking of the slimeball Dawkins, no doubt the FBI has many tapes of him with many other coaches (I believe they have tapes of 3 Dawkins/Wade conversations) no doubt they'll be leaking a lot more tapes as the trial grows near.

Perhaps and yet Smart and his family have spoken to NCAA. We will see if it helps or hurts Smart.

Aaah, but Wade ...

Now you see, now you see ..

If your lawyers advise you to stay away.... maybe it ain’t so simple compadre .....maybe you need more than legal advice, but avoid self-criminalization

The FBI has not made any such request. WW is trying to "take the fifth" with his employer. You can do that in court, but not with your employer. WW's lawyer is the one advising WW not to talk with his bosses (not the FBI).
BTW....WW did speak to his bosses concerning the earlier portion of the wiretapped conversation (the part he felt comfortable denying). Why the change? Same case. Same FBI. Same bosses. When your boss (JA) calls you to a meeting, your boss can invite ANYONE he pleases to attend...especially since it is written into WW's contract that he MUST cooperate with any investigation by the SEC or NCAA.
