Sheila Jackson Lee called a press conference to claim that her shithole district has ONLY black pens.
A reporter questioned the congressWOMAN's statement's relevancy to the matter with the White House pen situation, and Ms. Lee responded with "I've maneuvered the probe on Saturn, to where the American flag was planted by Houstonians"
