I'm prepared to get slammed and down voted for this post but hear me out.
When Tremont is in the game, our players tend to stand around and wait for Tremont to do something. When he is out the game, each of the other players seem to take charge and make things happen. Look at the win over TN yesterday as support for my argument.

The only game where this was not true was the KTY game. The other games with Tremont in the game, the other players stand around and Tremont takes crazy 3's (misses most of them), and plays out of control.

Anyone agree with me? Geaux Tigers!

If you think that level of play without Tremont is sustainable...

Jesus I hope not. Tremont makes us go. This is either an elaborate troll or you are totally clueless

I don’t think Smart and Mays can play out of their minds like that every single game. Need someone to facilitate more for Reid and Bigby like Waters is capable of

Better without our best player? Based on one game sample size? No. But I understand the train of thought you have. It always helps great young players to be forced to step up and carry the load. We’ll definitely need Tremonts leadership and skills to finish the year strong.

Upvoting yourself doesn’t count as someone agreeing with you!

Christopher, you could've save a lot of typing and just said "I'm an idiot who doesn't understand basketball."

Lol, we all knew this was coming .. no, just no. We are 8-6 in conference without Waters at best. I know Javonte gutted out the W but the last 6 minutes of the first half was probably their worst offensive stretch all year

We are not better. That lineup yesterday might be one of the biggest in college bball and they are still very good so they pose their own set of matchup problems.

What about the games in which Waters excelled? Do you factor those in as well?

It's just another typical overreaction thread.
