I think he's saying they were able? I don't know, the whole comment is confusing. No one was unable to participate in parades as far as I can remember, but I only go back to the early 80's.

How can you all honestly bring up Trayvon Martin in this situation? The dispatcher told Zimmerman to not follow the guy and he disregarded that so everything that happened after that should be his fault. Root Cause people, root cause but the whole blackface fiasco is way overthrown and I don’t understand how it can possibly be racist in cases like this. In that case get rid of everything that happened back during slavery times. Cotton T-Shirts should be considered racist as well then.
