If you watch the video in the link. The guy cranks it up and it idles without moving. So even if the rear axle was locked up it should still crank and idle. He did say you have to squeeze and hold the brake handle to start it.

Did you squeeze and hold the brake handle when you tried to start it?

Easy fix. Turn the engine over a few times with spark plug out to get fuel out of cylinder. Change the oil. Put spark plug back in. Fix the carb leak or turn the fuel off after riding. Or like I do on my riding lawn mower clamp the fuel line with a pair of vise grips.

Not the first few times.. I did after I watched the video though


I was surprised at how little I found on this bike by googling it
