Yea there’s really no telling. I know the guy and his little girl, I highly doubt it was submerged.

I think when I get home today, I’ll disconnect the brakes and chain and try to eliminate those possibilities..

We took the spark plug off yesterday and it looked fine. The oil level was good also and the gas inside the tank was clean/fresh. I emptied the gas out of the bowl in the carb too. The carb looked to be in good shape, but I’m guessing I’ll take it off and soak it before we are done just to be sure

Take the spark plug out and try to crank it or push it to see if it will roll. That will check to see if the engine is hydro locked. If it doesn't turn over or roll with spark plug out. Find the master link on the chain and remove the chain. Try rolling it again. If it doesn't roll it's a rear brake or axle problem. If it does roll the problem is in the engine or drive gear.
