After seeing the NPC response of "illegal-immigrants commit crimes at a lesser rate than American citizens" for the millionth time, I want you all to riddle me this:
Let's say the above statement is true (it is not), does that mean the EXTRA rapes, assaults and murders being committed by people WHO AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE is OK with you if it means these people get to invade and stay?

I dispute that the best way to stop this is a wall. The best way would be to throw the people hiring illegal immigrants into jail - including those who happen to hire them for their golf courses.

I don't think illegal immigration is without problems. I just think that conservatives use scare tactics to make things appear substantially worse than they are. I live in a big city with tons of illegals. Anecdotally, they aren't the ones that are in the news for most of the crime.
I do support stronger labor practices to prevent tax-free labor. I do think it depresses wages for legal citizens.

Of course not, but I don't constantly worry about things like that. I also am not okay with a terrorist blowing up my hospital, but I'm not always hoping for a national emergency to prevent the minuscule chance it happens.

its astounding that I even have to say this, but some of you are so far gone that you cant even remember where your lies began or ended, so, no. rape and murder are bad. no one is for that. theres no one on the other side of this issue.
and heres the important part that your idiotic premise skipped right over: NO ONE IS FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.
No one is advocating that, no one wants it to be the norm, no one thinks its ok. There are people in the US illegally unfortunately, and we need to deal with that. its far from ideal but most things are. its very definitely a problem we need to solve.

Ok good, there's a bit of common ground here.
So you'd support criminal charges, prison time, for someone knowingly hiring an illegal? Ok, I can work with that.
I suspect, that such a bill would have Leftists yelling racist.. but that's speculation.
Secondly to your point, do you dispute that the Border Patrol strongly believes that walls are immensely effective in many locations that do get illegal crossings and don't currently have a wall?
