In a three way race with trump, blacks would vote for trump 69% , Kamala 22%, Spartacus 9%.

Possibly because they’re barely black?

I do understand your point and I agree with the intent of your statement.

That being said, if we ever want to remove the racial divide maybe we could say that Kamala and Corey do not resinate with their typical base supporters.

Most would understand what is meant, but maybe we can start to remove some racial prejudice by not aligning with skin color.

As usual with my posts I hope this reads right as I am not slamming your post or calling you a racist. I do understand your meaning but feel we need to change the color divide in our conversations if possible.

Not a typical post for me, chastice away.

I wish I could ask the people in that comments section a question, but they would probably get offended. Here's my question; Why is it okay to say "People of Color," yet you can't use the word in any other way? For example, you aren't supposed to say "colored people." They're people of color, but they bristle at being called colored people.

Does that make any sense?

Then you really aren't taking skin color out if "most would understand what is meant". Just more layers of PC to tiptoe around.

I don’t know what gives me more optimism for her candidacy, the comments or the fact this video has more Downvotes than Up.

No argument with that.

Oh I wonder why. It couldn't possibly be her overly and possibly authoritarian stint as a DA and her until very recently support the drug war which hurts the black community far more then other communities or her support for illegal warrantless seizures

Ding ding ding.

Obama was a historical moment for African Americans. Other candidates won't bring the same hype.

I’ve often wondered this as well.

For example, a “woman of America” is the same as being called an “American woman”. I don’t think she gets offended by the latter. Unless she hates America then she’d probably be offended by both ways of saying it.

So either both ways are ok or both are offensive. Rephrasing the adjective as a prepositional phrase doesn’t change the definition of the adjective.

It’s basic English grammar.
