It's fun and it's not like there's a lack of anything else to do in the area when the Braves aren't playing.

It was pretty fun last time I went. Lots to do before and after as well. I should mention this was in about 1996

Don't think you'll like. The Braves have the largest gay and lesbian and trans and queer and bi following in major league baseball. Now those of us who are enlighten are okay with that, but if you are conservative you will hate it.

If you’re doing Disney you can take the shuttle there. Unless there’s something else going on you don’t have to get there super early. They do have a sports bar there and it’s cool to check out how many fields there are for spring training. Went two years ago and it was one of the most fun baseball experiences I’ve had.

When we go down we usually follow them around the state and check out the other ballparks. Even go see other teams play too. Saw the Yankees and Phillies on st Patrick’s day a few years back.

What do you want to do/see?

Do you want autographs? or are you just looking to watch the game?

The best part about spring training is watching practices. No matter what time the game is, players usually hit the back fields around 9am. Since its Disney, you have to buy a ticket to get in the complex, but if you already have a ticket to the game, you can use it. You can head to the back and just watch guys practice. Since it will be March, it will probably just be minor leaguers, but there will also be MLB guys back there, especially if they arent playing in the game that day.

I have been a handful of times. Not a huge fan of playing in Disney. Glad this is their last season there.
