After leaving Texas in the big 12, Aggie has been searching for a rival/daddy. Bama is their new daddy and Lsu rejected the rivalry request so they're getting desperate.

Why are A&M fans so invested in FSU?

Would be one thing if your coach left for A&M (see LSU fans, Saban to Bama)
. But that's not the case here.
Come on my man.

There's even an LSU dynamic at play here with how they wanted Jimbo so much then shite on him so hard after he decided to go to aTm. I'd be insufferable as an aTm fan right now

that would be FSU fans with Jumbo/A&M, which I've seen here a few times. I'm talking about A&M fans and FSU

I thought Taggert was a horrible hire at the time and I feel more justified with every passing day. FSU could have done so much better. It seemed like they gave the job to the first coach who said he wanted it.

I'm not gonna shite on what he built leading up to 2013/'14. What he did after Winston left a lot to be desired.

I'm not gonna excuse the losing record and recruiting.

I do excuse the shite culture and holes in the roster he inherited

Idk, maybe I need to take sports a bit more seriously .
If my team stole another team's coach, I wouldn't become "obsessed" with that team or team's new coach.
Now, I could see myself becoming "obsessed" with a team that stole my coach.

Anyway, it's not all that serious. Just strikes me as odd.

They also lost Legendre (4* QB out of NOLA) to Maryland.

Well their AD at the time said they HAD to hire a black guy.
I think he'll turn it around on the field but he was supposed to be an ace recruiter and even Mullen is beating him.

I would always chuckle when fans would throw FSU and to an extent Miami on a list of all time great CFB programs.

None of the FL programs are all-time great programs since we weren't relevant until the 80s. I think all 3 are solid top 15 programs though which is still pretty, pretty good.

when one group of people relentlessly mock and make fun of you for an extended period of time, and then everything they mocked you about and said would in fact happen does not happen, you would not find that funny? really?

I'm probably exaggerating a bit but Stan Wilcox openly said that they wanted to hire a minority HC.

Are you honestly acting like jimbo left that program in perfect shape and has no responsibility for the disaster it has become?
