I picked up 4 of these lights and they are super handy around the house and at the camp.

looks nice but if it doesnt have replaceable batteries then it wont last
rechargeable batteries crap out in 6 months to a year after constant recharging
plus im not paying more then $10 for a flashlight

Harbor Freight has the new and improved free flashlight. Much brighter than the old ones with individual LED bulbs.

I've been using the same HDX brand rechargeable LED work light for years now. Most of them use a li-ion cell which is replaceable with a little effort. Usually something like a 3.7V 18650 cell which are pretty cheap. I keep one like the OP showed in the glovebox of each truck, never have to worry about batteries corroding or dead, just take it out of the glove box and throw it on my cellphone charger every month or so. Magnets are pretty strong too, I forgot one in the frame rail of my truck while using it to check the secondary fuel pump and drove around with it still there for a few weeks before finding it.

I have one that's probably 5ft long that attaches to each side of the hood of a car. Been using it for like five years with no problems

Interesting...do they look like they are going to last a while? Harbor freight stuff sometimes lasts less than a week for me, so I am hesitant to spend more than $10 on anything in the store!

They seem to be well built and I have a friend that’s had them for a few months.
