Despite numerous attempts from those of us here, Goodell took a question from one NOLA reporter

For comparison sake, New Orleans reporters got two questions in during Goodell’s Super Bowl presser after the bounty scandal: @PMurphyWWL and me.
He fielded about 30 questions in the 45 minute presser.

Honestly not surprised that the no call question dominated the presser. This makes him and the farce league that he runs look really bad. Good.

When you talk to your kids about accountability and owning up to your mistakes. This fricker avoids the controversy and instead takes softballs about the fricking stadium roof being closed.
Why would any players in the NFL hold themselves accountable to a mistake when the fricking commissioner can’t even do it.

My 6 year old daughter will make a great NFL commissioner one day.

Basically said that officials are human and make mistakes. They will look at different ways to improve officiating.

Jeff Duncan asked about 4 or 5 questions in his "question" though. Goodell equiviquated through most of them, but did not address Duncan's question asking if there would be any repercussions for the ref(s) who missed the call.
I did like that over half the questions I heard were about the no-call. Goodell looked like he was getting tired of hearing about it!

Humans my arse! They were looking right at the play and intentionally made no call!

Of course all he called was Duncan. Duncan was the traitor from New Orleans that sided with the NFL in the "bounty" issue.

"I've talked to coach [Sean] Payton and the team about how important it is to the NFL to get the LA team in there. But we will look at instant reply again."
