Rod Walker:

quote:

I asked CBS rules analyst/ex NFL ref Gino Steratore about the Brees interception, just for clarification on rule. If contact was made on Michael Thomas before ball arrived, it should've been PI. Brees getting hit on arm isn't same as a tipped ball. Some had asked me about that.

He was also hit in the helmet.... Sooooo

Yeah that entire OT sequence pissed me off more than the INTENTIONAL PI.

It was saying we know we missed it. We don't care. We're still gonna keep ignoring blatant shite

I haven't seen a replay yet but at the game, it looked like obvious contact on Thomas as he was in his route. Was the ball ruled as tipped or was it considered uncatchable or was it just ignored?

No doubt on that series the fix was in and they were committed to us losing.

Phantom time out call by refs when Rams play clock expired.

Blatant hold on Ginn

Roughing on Brees/contact to Thomas on the OT pick

"The no-call" on TLL

- there was so many glaring no calls in this game, it begs the question.

Refs were going to do whatever it took to make sure the Rams won. NFL=National Fraud League.
