Was the pass true and would have TLL caught it?

Drew made a bad pass on first down. Then we ran the ball, make them burn a TO. Sean makes the right call to be aggressive and go for the first down and win the game.
Then the DB runs over, doesn't turn his a head, and tackles TLL before the ball gets there. WTF.
tldr: The most egregious part of this whole thing is we will never know if Drew's pass was good and if TLL would have caught it.

That’s the most egregious part?

Pass was 100% on target. No need to use the force.

I’ve thought about this too. I think he would have caught it. Either a TD or at least a 1st down.

If Robey-Coleman doesn't blast TommyLee LEWIS out of the sky like a duck during hunting season... that's more than likely a touchdown
Robey-Coleman even admitted he was beat on the play and that's why he smashed into TLL
it was the same play Brees had hit on twice to Kamara earlier in the game for big gainers... they just switched Kamara & Lewis to fool the Rams
it worked... beautifully

No way that pass was a completion.

Brees rarely if ever misses that kind of throw

Yup, no way he catches that pass... he gets leveled instead...

don't know what you're laughing at... that pass is completed all day
as I said... they had already completed that SAME EXACT pass twice earlier in the game

Right it was under thrown... TLL had to wait , 2-3 yards out and he probably catches it either way

OK troll... the ball was right there and TLL had his hands out for the reception until he got blown up

God its so infuriating looking at that again...

Kamara open running a short crossing route woulda had the first easy. Kirkwood wide open in the end zone too.

It was a catchable ball. That’s all that matters.
