I know nothing of how she handles ownership duties, interactions with the league etc. She's been sole owner for less than a year and basically had the team dropped into her lap.

So again, I have no idea on any influence she has but this is the kind of shite where a billionaire owner and business person swings their power around, reminds Goddell that he works for them.

If she's smart, she won't utter a peep. And Sean better watch his mouth, too. The NFL is making is clear that they don't like the Saints and that they can do the most obvious screw-job on us with no problem to anybody but us.

Obviously she can't say shite publicly. But the owner should be privately ripping the league a new a-hole for this kind of stunt.

If true...why do we care enough to keep quiet?

That would just make me louder

She's too classy. Tom would have raised hell though. He is turning over in his grave after today.

This is all on Payton to use his competition committee juice to at least fix the challenge/replay system so we don't get screwed by this next year.

The Owners..all of them at meetings are responsible for in-game Officiating. They lay the ground works on nearly everything in regards to the rules and hand their decision to Roger Goddell to implement them. Mrs. Benson need to address this eggregious conduct by Reffs.

I am as big a Goodell hater as anyone, and this was obviously an intentional act by the league.

But I actually don’t think this has anything to do with the Saints.

The NFL wanted L.A. in the Super Bowl. Period. We just happened to be the team in the way.

I thought the game was pretty well officiated other than the no calls at the end and early in the game when Donald and especially Suh clearly hit Drew late.

I didn’t feel like it was an organized take the game away effort throughout the game, but definitely a green light if the opportunity presented itself to help one team out.

I’m sure Goodell has a grin plastered all over his face that it was us that happened to get the shaft, but I don’t think it was a case of his dislike for our franchise being the driving force behind the screw job that went down.

She should be on a jet this morning demanding a meeting with GODell

She should demand he uses his powers to replay the end from the missed call.

She should tell him he can go down in history as the commissioner who ordered the replay of the end of the game or the commissioner that has the superbowl delayed or disrupted due to legal battles.

When he says no

She should walk out of Park Ave and have a new conference demanding his resignation and that of the head of officials and say that under the articles of the league and as a member she has rights to all books and records (which she does) and that she has a team of forensic experts entering the building and if they find one email or note indicating a bias she will file for injunctive relief.

Then she should start calls to all other owners (first being Jones) to join her in calling for his resignation. And she should play the women card over GODell

Just start some hashtag bull shite movement to not watch the super bowl. There are plenty of fans from other teams who saw that play and who are not happy. Could catch legs.

Both NOLA and KC are smaller $$$ markets, and probably viewed as flyover country teams by the coastal elites. Since the Super Bowl is the big, BIG cash cow for TV revenue, then just follow the money to the officiating that enabled the golden coast to coast Super Bowl to happen.

Dude, everyone watches the Super Bowl (except this year because the Saint's got fricked, and I'm boycotting) But the BIG cash cow is watched by everyone generally......
