sospher would be a big add just for messaging purposes. beating bama for an amite prospect would exorcise a lot of demons.

I feel like Hampton isn't going to make it to LSU, so we could just use that spot on Byron.

I'm not sure Parker gets into this class at this juncture. I think O finishes heavy on the DL, and we add another OT.

With the possibility of Hampton not making it, we'll potentially have a transfer IMO. Hope Hampton comes because he's a legit baseball player. Would be awesome to have.

I work in private Baseball and have coached against and scouted hampton, he will not make it to campus.. he is projected 2nd-4th round... just fyi...

I agree. At this point I'm nearly as invested as getting the recruiting win over Bama in Tangi than I am about actually getting the dude on the team.
That said, I differ from a lot on this board in that I don't mind Rodney tagging along. He could very well end up being a decent player - who knows? And even if he doesn't, hopefully Ish pans out. I'm not saying Rodney is going to be a stud but maybe he gets to a point where he can spell a few guys for some plays during the game.

So if he's a 2-4 round talent, at what point do MLB teams start taking chances on guys with signability questions?
