Do trumpkins realize there is no possible way for the govt to accept this money?
Every donor would need to be vetted and there's a chance there are donors with foreign interests.
Even the dimmest would realize it's a trap.

Why does the government have to be involved at all? The money can simply go to the fencing company to apply to the government account. It never has to touch the government’s hands

Why does 5 billion from govt funds help? Why isn't trump advocating a private solution?
You know, other than wanting graft for construction companies trump favors on a project that will never happen.

Who,or what entity, will buy the massive amounts of private property? Under what legal theory can private landowners be compelled to sell to a private enterprise?
