saw this in HEB. looks like red celery.

It's a stalk vegetable, used in some desserts - used to eat strawberry rhubarb pie as a kid

Looks like celery but red. Doesnt taste like celery.

Ive only seen my grandma make pies with it. Ive never eaten it.

I have a trick with recognizing rhubarb.


If there is a piece of produce I do not recognize in the produce area...it's rhubarb.

Root veggie that grows in northern climes. Makes a delicious sweet pie. Parts are poisonous. Very Scandinavian

It’s been almost 30 years and every time I hear the word rhubarb, I think of this commercial.
