Yeah, just cardio for now. I used to carry a lot of muscle before I completely let myself go. I want a smaller frame so I'm holding off on weights. Here are progress pics...don't tease me, the top one is from 1 year ago(about 415), the middle one is toward the end of 2nd split of duck season(about 410) which was just before I started the diet and bottom one is today

From January 29th to May 8th 402 to 289
