What on TV scared you as a kid?

For me, it was Lady Elaine Fairchilde on Mr. Rogers. As a five-year-old, that bitch was the scariest fricking thing I had ever seen. I don't know why anyone thought designing her was a good idea.

I cannot for the life of me remember this movie, but it came out in the 80’s/90’s. Had vampires and Frankenstein in it. The only thing I can recall is that they put up a fake Hollywood sign in the movie. Please someone help me remember this. Also had a scene with hot vampires.
