Bowl Confidence Pool Canceled Game

I run a pool and trying to figure out the most fair way to fix this now with a canceled game

Adjust all points above the BC/Boise pick down by one point, and just treat it like there was never a game scheduled.

Can this just be counted as an auto-win for everyone and whatever points you picked, you add that to the total score?

Take the confidence points for the BC/Boise game and put them towards the highest confidence point game they have remaining. That’s my suggestion for the pool I’m in and seems like the most fair thing to do IMO

I’m in an ESPN pool and it just is counting the game as an L for everyone.

Does your rules state? To earn a confidence point you must pick a team to win the game and earn the points you place on said game?
Well, no one won the game so no points are awarded to this game, how can you start adjusting teams confidence points now?
If anyone has a problem just refund there $10.00 and call it a day.

Count the cancelled game as 1 point on sheet, and add one point to all games below the number that play had picked on the cancelled bowl teams. Everyone will lose one point. All numbers below the picks will increase by one. It should all balance out.
