Temps drive ocean currents. Ocean currents impact weather patterns, including the possibility of increased precipitation.

Except in the case of Antarctica, the Circumpolar Current is rather unique. How does that fact play into your thesis?

The point is, the application of the term "global warming" is used for every weather event (erratic or normal) that occurs.

If it rains, global warming. If it doesn't rain, global warming.

Cold outside? Global warming. Not cold outside? Global warming.

Snow? Global warming. No snow? Global warming.


So on and so forth.
