I did after you posted that to bring it to 3 just because you clearly care about it for some reason.
Anything I said wrong?

Wrong, LSU recruited both Shyhem Carter and Devonte Smith. They recruited Smith throughout the entire recruiting process but they weren't heavy on Carter until later in the game

Pretty sure LSU wanted Irv Smith but as a linebacker. He wanted to play tight end thus LSU really didn't pursue him

No LSU was all in on Shy Carter but not until after he camped and didn't offer until later in the process

They're more players on their two deep from Louisiana than they do from Alabama, which is kind of crazy. They really don't sign a lot of Alabama guys but then they don't pursue too many of them either. But then why should they when they can get the best players from around the country for the most part. They do have walk-ons and guys deep on the depth chart from Alabama though. Q Williams and a couple of their linebackers are from Alabama also I think they have a couple offensive lineman from Bama

The frick are you talkin about? LSU was heavy after Devonta Smith and there were no higher rated players in Louisiana so what higher-rated players are you talkin about?

Wait, did you just insinuate that the barber is thinking of claiming any money from Bama on his taxes?

you don't know how the IRS works. Living large while declaring chump change is a flag during an audit or even to be audited. And they do like to audit rinky dink businesses such as his. In fact someone should drop a dime on him to the IRS if they see he is flaunting wealth beyond the means of a typical Podunk barber shop owner. What is he driving? Where is the bag money going?

The IRS only gets interested in these podunk cases if criminal activity is involved and other LEO are involved. They are focused on the 1417 people that pay most of the income taxes in the US. Resources are limited and they are trying to get the best bang for the buck.

And 50 cents for a Chek drink? No way I'm paying that kind of money for Chek.

It came down to bama vs Ole Miss, lsu was not even in the picture on signing day for shy carter. Bama also got a db out La. last year that LSU was not after, his name is Eddie Smith I believe, blew up Late, super athlete, you will more than likely here his name again in a few years... You guys can say he didn't camp or was offered late or whatever you folks come up with...

LSU wasn't recruiting Carter very hard. He was down the board behind two higher rated prospects that we ended up getting...Savion Smith and Kristian Fulton. Oh, and Greedy Williams was also on that class.
As for Smith, you can say what you want, but I don't think we were ever interested.

I don't know why people keep saying this in this thread. LSU very much wanted both Devonta Smith and Shy Carter. They recruited Carter very hard the month or two before Signing Day and Devonte Smith for at least a full year. None of this was a Secret. Anyone who followed LSU recruiting on this site was aware of this as it came up often in Threads just as it does with any Louisiana kid we are recruiting

Kelvin was always going to LSU, he played all these dudes that were trying to get a piece if him.

Don’t know and don’t care if Bama is giving him money. But just from the look of him and his business, I’m sure the cash would go to weed, ribs, liquor, rims, jewelry, and clothes.

It was more then devonte smith. He drove shyheim carter back and forth his senior year. He tried to get kelvin Joseph to go there. I always wondered why a barber from amite was worried about getting a kid from scotlandville and keep pushing him to go out of state instead of the home town school. frick that dude.
