If they weren’t in his recruitment like you’re saying, what was the need for Sanders to take Smith to Tuscaloosa on that Sunday before signing day.

You two Bama fans don’t know shite. Carter was on LSU’s campus in the middle of the week, less than 7 days before signing day. LSU was trying to convince him to stay home close to his 2 kids he had while in HS. Lsu was late to the party offering him, but he held an offer and was recruited for over a year.
Smith made an official to LSU in December, and was down to LSU/BAMA but it was never a contest. He was following Petitto all along. Do you guys really think LSU didn’t go all out for a 5* receiver from La? They recruiting him just as hard, if not harder than Sopsher.

I don’t know anything about that but obviously Craig hates LSU with a passion so it wouldn’t be a surprise. I’m not sure if he wasn’t ever seriously considering going to LSU but he made several UV’s and a OV here. Obviously there was some interest

I wish we did offer Irv and that is a miss on us but I thought at the time of his recruitment he wanted to go out of state for school.

Is Corey Scott the LSU version of the Alabama Amite barber?
I remember him being involved in Fournette's recruitment and now he seems to be involved with Trey Palmer and Devonta Lee.

Goddamn the conspiracy theorist. Devonta said his junior year of Highschool that he didn’t want to play in LSU’s offense. LSU hasn’t beaten Bama since Ishmael was 11 years old.
You know that A&M thinks there’s a “Cajun mafia” that won’t let kids leave the state?
They said they would have landed Marshall but the mafia threatened his parents employment.
Maybe it’s the fact that Bama has won 5 titles in 9 years and we haven’t won 10 games in 5 years.
