This chick just started about 3 months ago. She just started her first big project and she fricked it up pretty bad from what I can tell. She's now crying because people are trying to show her how it should have been done.
Complete BS, if it were one of the males in the office they'd get bitched at and fix it. Total double standard as shes now getting consoled for fricking up.

If it makes you feel better, one of my college students just took a break from the final exam because “writing under pressure stresses him out.” He was in tears and said he needed some fresh air.
